Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Malaysia only.
For international inquiries, please contact [email protected] prior to placing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options:

Free standard shipping may apply for orders over a certain amount (e.g., RM200). Promo terms will be stated at checkout if active.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel using the courier’s website or the tracking link provided.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item (for damages).

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date (for lost items).

  • Send supporting photos or documentation to [email protected].

We will assist with filing claims or arranging replacements where applicable.
