Return Policy

1. Returns (for Physical Products)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Software with broken seals or activated licenses

  • Custom-built PCs or special-order items

  • Clearance or promotional items

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt.

4. Service Refunds (Graphic Design / Digital Services)

We strive for customer satisfaction in all services. However:

  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced and initial drafts have been delivered.

  • Refunds may be granted before work begins, minus administrative/processing fees (if applicable).

  • If you’re dissatisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue.

5. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
